This Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and other guidelines or rules posted within our Website collectively “Legal Terms”, constitute the entire and only agreement between you and CyStack, and supersede all other agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to our Website and the subject matter contained herein. We may amend our Legal Terms at any time without specific notice to you. The latest copies of our Legal Terms will be posted on our Website, and you should review all Legal Terms prior to using our Website. After any revisions to our Legal Terms are posted, you agree to be bound to any such changes to them. Therefore, it is important for you to periodically review our Legal Terms to make sure you still agree to them.

Definitions
The terms “us” or “we” or “our” refer to CYSTACK., JSC, the owner of the website.
A “Visitor” is someone who merely browses our Website but has not registered as a Member.
A “Member” is an individual that has registered with us to use our Service.
A “User” is a collective identifier that refers to either a Visitor or a Member.
Our “Service” represents the collective functionality and features offered through our Website, applications, and software to our Members. Services include, but are not limited to, Free Plan, Premium Plan, Family Plan offered on our website and mobile applications.
An “Owner” means a Locker user who pays for and invites others to join a Family Plan.
A “Member” means an individual who accepts an invitation to join a Family Plan.
“Beta Versions”. We may occasionally offer users the opportunity to use certain experimental features or App versions that are made available on a trial basis (“Beta Releases”). ALL BETA RELEASES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, COVENANTS, OR OBLIGATIONS OF ANY KIND. Any use of Beta Releases is solely at your risk. CyStack may modify or remove Beta Releases at any time.
All text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through our Website and mobile applications are collectively known as our “Content”.
Subscription Terms
Locker offers a trial time for a User to experience our Services before making any payment. When you pay for a subscription to the services, your subscription will automatically renew for additional periods of the same duration as the initial subscription at the then-current rate for such services, unless you cancel or change your subscription.
Account Registration
To use our Services, you must provide accurate and complete information when registering. It includes an Email, a Password, and a Master password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Further, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You will promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You can use your Account and Password to access any other Services of CyStack, including Locker.
Master Password is used to generate the encryption keys that protect the information you store on the Services. CYSTACK DOES NOT STORE OR HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR MASTER PASSWORD, AND IF THE MASTER PASSWORD IS LOST, CYSTACK CANNOT UNLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT OR RETRIEVE YOUR INFORMATION. Do not share your account credentials with anyone, as you are responsible for all activities associated with your account. You agree not to access the administration interface of the service through any means other than the interface provided by CyStack, unless you are authorized under a separate agreement with CyStack. Do not engage in disruptions of service or servers and networks connected to the service.
You must be a human to create an account. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
Your login may only be used by one person — i.e., a single login may not be shared by multiple people. A paid organization account may create separate logins for as many users as its subscription allows.
Ownership
You agree that CyStack has all rights, including intellectual property rights and legal benefits to the services provided by CyStack Platform.
You are not permitted to use any of CyStack’s brand names, logos, trademarks, or domain names unless have agreement in writing by CyStack.
Limited License
CYSTACK., JSC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services strictly in accordance with our Legal Terms. Your use of our Services is solely for the purposes stated within our Legal Terms; any other use is a violation of this license and will result in the revocation of your membership.
CyStack does not have right to own or control any of your data. You have the right to your own data and the responsibility to protect those rights.
For organizations, you agree that CyStack may use your trade name, trademark, logo, domain names in presentations, marketing document, customer lists, financial reports, website listings (including links to the website) for the purpose of advertising or making public your using of the service.

Partner features: All features are developed in-house; for Data Breach Scanner, we use source from third party. You may be required to validate or provide certain information (such as your email) before accessing this feature.

Open-Source Software
“Open-Source Software” means certain elements of the Services that are subject to “open source” or “free” software licenses controlled by third parties. Open-Source Software is licensed under the terms of the end-user license that accompanies such software. Nothing in these Terms limits or expands the rights of the end-user license for any Open-Source Software, nor does any Open-Source Software license limit the rights we grant you in these Terms.
Fees and payment
Depending on the terms, services are provided free of charge with a certain limit. The cost of using the service depends on the fee that you have to pay to purchase service packages, which may be reduced when using Locker discounts.
Upgrade, Downgrade, and Changes
- We will immediately bill you when you upgrade from a free plan to any paying plan.
- If you change from a monthly billing plan to a yearly billing plan, Locker will bill you for a full year on the next monthly billing date.
- If you upgrade to a higher level of service, we will bill you for the upgraded plan immediately.
- You may change your level of service at any time by choosing a plan option or going into your Billing settings on the Website. If you choose to downgrade your account, you still have access to your old data.
Cancellation
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your Locker account, App Store, or Google Play Store. Canceled accounts will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service period.
Refund
We utilize third-party services such as Stripe, Google Play, and App Store for payment processing. Depending on the payment method used, you might incur fees to refund a charge, and third parties' processing fees from the original transaction won't be returned. Additional fees may apply in some regions and payment types.
Locker offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason (applied for annual subscriptions & lifetime accounts). Contact [email protected] to process the money-back guarantee or for further support.
Change of Terms
CyStack may change the terms, if these changes are made, CyStack will update the change time on this clause. You agree that if you use the service after the date on which the Terms have changed, it means that you use the service with acceptance of the updated terms.
Warranty Disclaimer
CYSTACK., JSC reserves the right to change any and all Content and features of our Website, at any time without notice. our Website may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. CYSTACK., JSC assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Member Content. CYSTACK., JSC is not responsible for any technical malfunction or other problems of any telephone network or service, computer systems, servers or providers, computer or mobile phone equipment, Website, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any combination thereof, including injury or damage to anyone’s computer, mobile phone, or other hardware or Website, related to or resulting from using, uploading, or downloading materials in connection with our Website. Eligibility
By utilizing our Website you agree that you are not (a) a citizen or resident of a country in which use or participation is prohibited by law, decree, regulation, treaty or administrative act; (b) a citizen or resident of, or located in, a country or region that is subject to Vietnam or other sovereign country sanctions or embargoes.
General Terms
